Why Coaching?
Through coaching, I can help you to clarify goals and create a vision for the future, and explore challenges and ideas through a process of discovery. ​
I can support you to examine issues from different perspectives, draw new insights, identify trends and behavioural patterns, increase self-awareness and promote personal growth.
Through coaching, I can challenge you to identify your own solutions and, crucially, take action to drive meaningful change.
How I Coach
My role in the coaching relationship is to act as a sounding board and independent partner, creating a safe space for you to explore your thinking, navigate obstacles and make decisions. Clients describe me as calm, open-minded, with a warm but professional nature.
I offer coaching in person, virtually and I also work with clients outdoors. If this sounds of interest to you, explore my walking and coaching programmes.
Typically, we will meet every three to four weeks over a six month period however more focused programmes over a shorter duration can be provided, depending on your goals.
