I have led large-scale global programmes, experiential learning interventions and bespoke workshops in virtual, in-person and hybrid environments. I am experienced in delivering and facilitating internationally across diverse cultures.

As a coach, I place an emphasis on continuous learning and personal growth, providing support and challenge to create a coaching relationship based on trust and psychological safety.
I help clients to explore challenges from new perspectives and leverage their personal experience, skills and networks to navigate complex issues and identify their own solutions.
