
Walking and Coaching
Walking and coaching is exactly that, transporting the activity of coaching into the outdoors, exploring professional and business challenges while navigating both the built environment and the natural world.
Walking is regarded as one of the most accessible forms of exercise for our bodies. It also increases blood flow to the brain and, studies have shown, it increases creativity and problem-solving, and improves our ability to focus.

The same principles apply as with traditional coaching but with the freedom that comes from stepping out of the organisational setting. Of course should the weather change, we have contingencies, coaching virtually or face to face under cover.
I offer walking and coaching in London in three ways to provide maximum flexibility. Typically, we will meet every three to four weeks over a six month period however more focused programmes over a shorter duration can be provided, depending on your goal.

Park Life
​London is the greenest city of its size in the world, why not take advantage of it? During each session we will walk in one of London’s great parks. Even the commuting time forms part of the session.

Urban Explorers
​Back to back meetings in the office? The coaching session is structured around your office location (Central London).

Walking from Home
Live or work in London Zones 1 – 6?
Our coaching session takes place in a green space closer to home. We start with your goals and a postcode.
